There are a number of areas that we focus on to gain a better idea of your story that includes social, emotional, behavioural and psychological influences. These all come together and are important to look at individually to ensure our best selves. Each client comes with their own unique backgrounds and in such, we observe the needs of the client to ensure that our approach best suits each individual.

We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Working from a client-centered, strength-based and trauma-informed framework to utilize several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Play-Based Therapy approaches.
